At a desperate time of need, we were very fortunate to have found Nancy to help us with applying for a SBA loan. After being turned down by multiple banks, Nancy was the perfect person for us because she had the patience and ingenuity to understand our complex situation and found ways to be creative and think outside the box in order to make things happen, rather than accepting that the obstacle was too big to overcome. We had just started looking for loan funding for a large factory project, and between the different loan options, our uncertainty for what we could cover with the loan, and document requirements, we were overwhelmed by the process. I was offered to purchase a business from my boss. I have never been or even thought about being a business owner and didn't know where to even start. She vetted me and the business, giving her honest opinion of the quality of the deal as well as the likelihood that she could find a bank to finance it I was worried about my own qualifications, but after Nancy's analysis, it turned out that the target business would present the most challenges. Nonetheless she worked hard to find a bank that, not only understood the deal, but was eager to finance it within my constraints. 

In my history of getting loans for business and personal purposes, I always felt like I was alone in an adversarial position. With all of the horror stories I heard about dealing with the SBA in acquiring a loan for a new business, I was a bit worried about how I was going to acquire funding for my new Victory Lane Quick Oil Change I was trying to purchase in Plano, Texas.

After an e-mail introduction to Nancy Beckwith by Jim Harrington from Victory Lane, my worries were put to ease. Nancy basically took over the SBA loan process and led me down the right path. She worked nonstop with me explaining how the process worked and continually looked out for my best interests. 

From start to finish, Nancy made this process as smooth as possible, with closing taking place four months after we started!

We were very skeptical when someone referred us to ANOTHER loan broker after being turned down by all local banks and even some national lenders.  We had almost given up on the dream to launch this start-up restaurant using cargo shipping containers on a ground lease outlot.  Every lender we spoke to laughed at us when we presented our business plan.  They all said we covered every red flag when it came to applying for a loan.  1. Restaurant,  2. Start-up,  3.Ground Lease (no real estate owned/collateral), and the biggest red flag 4. Modular Cargo Container Building with a price tag of over $1,500,000!  One last ditch effort led us to Nancy.  Nancy not only got us two SBA approvals, but she was able to get us two approvals with great rates!  I now have two locations all because of Nancy!  Nancy was basically the equivalent of a personal trainer.  She walked us through the entire process and packaged our deals in such a way that lenders were interested in working with us.  I can't say enough about Nancy and how much she helped us.
